Hongkong - Day 32

Lunch today was Japanese: Soft & Tender Rib Ramen noodle soup.
Then I went to Shau Kei Wan, on the north-east side of HK island. I wanted to visit the HK Museum of Coastal Defence. There was a fruit and veggie market on the way..

It's the eastern turning point of the historic tram.

The museum was located on the site of the old Lei Yue Mun Fortress, controlling the eastern exit of Victoria Harbour. It has a very interesting exhibition and also some open air areas like this old outer ditch.

From the top of it one has a nice view across the Lei Yue Mun channel to Kowloon. The hill on the opposite side is named 'Devil's Peak'.

Also there is one of the several typhoon shelters in sight.

Dinner was fast-food again, this time Korean cuisine: some rice with beef and mushrooms, a beef/sea-weed soup and kimchi, of course.
