This one is the Torre de los Ingleses. It was supposed to be open for the public and I wanted to climb the stairs and take a photo from above, but it is closed for renovations. So here is just one photo of the tower itself.
Right next to the Torre is the Retiro train station. It is a dangerous place because right behind the station is one of the slums of Buenos Aires which even the police does not enter, the Villa 31. About 25.000 people live there by their own rules. Sorry, no photo of it :-)
