I took some pictures today on my way home from school. The first streets are downtown in the vicinity of Plaza de Mayo. The city itself is an higly interesting mix of any available architecture fashions.
Many of the rather nice buildung are closed down.
Then I turned on Paseo Colon where I live, it's a very broad avenue with 6 or 7 lanes for each direction.
Again the mix of styles of the building is somehow confusing...
These are the major means of transport in Bs. As., the Colectivo (bus) and the taxi. Both are very cheap. A bus ride costs about 20 cent and a average taxi trip about 4-5 Euros.

This building was designed as a monument for the Peron family, but is now a Facultad de IngenierĂa.
