As every day I started with Mandarine school. From the window of the class room there is a nice view on one of these typical old houses. It's a strong contrast to the glass and steel office buildings around.
After school I had to buy a couple of USB memory sticks. So I went to the famous Wan Chai computer center. This place is a nerd's heaven. So many small shops sell almost everything around computers and cell phones. One has to be very careful with the prices, though, the place is famous for rip offs.
Then a quick vegetarian lunch in one of the restaurants nearby. Again I had one of these delicious ice-cold milk teas.
Back home I opened the first package of green tea I had bought the day before. It was a Zhejiang An Ji tea, from the Zhejiang province.
At first the tea leaves are dried and very small.
Then, in the water, they unroll and look like fresh tea leaves, again. A little wonder :-)
The tea was sooo good. I'm already excited to open the second pack, which contains the famous Dragon Well tea, West-Lake Longjing. It is one of the most famous Chinese teas.
