There was no white Christmas here, the snow came later, in the final week of 2009. Suddenly there was a winter wonderland in Berlin. The cars got cold white hoods thrown over, which were nibbled by passing people to get snow for snowballs... One of them is my poor car, naturally the one with the most snow :-)
Fresh white snow makes everything look bright and clean, I like that...
As I learned there aren't many countries where individual fireworks are allowed, well, in Germany it is. And so, reaching the final minute of 2009, Berlin exploded as usual.
As I heard the number of houses set on fire was slightly lower than last year...though only due to the snow.
