For an interesting lesson in international culture we asked a Chinese co-student to introduce us and a few other students to Dim Sum. So we went to a small and hidden but nevertheless outstanding Chinese restaurant. And after a lengthy and interesting negotiation with the waitress (in Chinese language) which I wasn't able to understand our table was packed with many small dishes of chinese food.Dim Sum means many small things, it's kind of a Chinese version of the Spanish Tapas. I wouldn't be able to tell what most of the things were made of, but we got some good explanations and it tasted great, which is the main point.
The most remarkable dish was fried chicken feets. I have to admit that I refused to taste it. Maybe next time, after drinking a couple of Tsingtao beers...
