Berlin Winter-Wonderland

Wow, there are some magical places in Berlin. The Teufelsberg had been built from World War rubble, then became one of the most interesting landmarks of Berlin after the end of the Cold War. Like the Phoenix from the ashes...
Nowadays it is one of the green hearts of the city. Very easy to reach, it surprisingly gives a strong feeling of being deep in the woods. It is especially great on such a beautiful sunny winter day like last Sunday. On top of the hill - not actually the Teufelsberg itself but its closest neighbor - a couple of hang-gliders tried their best to take off on a day without any wind.Actually they almost did it...to the surprise of the crowd and the many children..In any way it would have been a perfect winter day to me, if I only had had a sled like everyone... :-)
